Legal Manager

The AB InBev is hiring a Legal Manager.
The Key Purpose of this role is to manage and provide commercially orientated legal & regulatory advice in the BU/Country/Zone. ​
Key Roles and Responsibilities​

Provide legal advice to various functions as required by the business​.
Draft, review and execute legal contracts​.
Manage litigation matters across the relevant markets​.
Liaise with relevant markets’ external lawyers & manage legal fees​.
Assist in Compliance/Company Policy training for staff​.
Guide sales, marketing, finance and procurement teams on relevant legal and statutory requirements​.
To carry out general legal research with regards to the Company’s day to day transactions​.
Overall management of legal documents​.
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and regulatory changes and take appropriate action​.
To ensure that the company complies with all applicable codes, statues and regulations​.
Develop materials to support new product licenses and license renewals process​.
Manage IP related issues​.
Develop legal strategy for the relevant markets.

Minimum Requirements​

Bachelor of Laws degree​.
Masters degree (recommended)​.
5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience​.
Experience in a top tier law firm or a global/regional company​.
Demonstration of Compliance and Legal expertise​.
